Hello from London! Dr. Anton Titov, MD. We are with Professor Ricky Richardson. He is the Senior Consultant Pediatrician at the Child and Family Practice in London at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, and at Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. Dr. Richardson graduated with honors in cell biology and immunology from the University of London. He graduated from The Middlesex Hospital Medical Shool in 1973 and, following residency in internal medicine, he turned to pediatrics. Most of Professor Richardson's career in pediatrics has been based at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. He also spent over a decade working in South and Central America, Africa Southeast Asia, and in Brunei and Oman. Professor Dr. Ricky Richardson, MD, established original pediatric service in several countries and he has been widely recognized for his leadership in service to children and also for his e-Health initiatives. Professor Dr. Ricky Richardson, MD, has a Visiting Chair in e-Health at Imperial College, London and he is Executive Director of the Global eHealth Foundation working with Archbishop Desmond Tutu as Chairman. He has been on the faculty of The Child and Family Practice since inception and he serves as Medical Director and sits on the Board of Directors. Professor Richardson is a very experienced general pediatrician. He also has a particular interest in evaluation and management of children with learning disabilities, with autism spectrum disorders, and with behavioral abnormalities. Professor Dr. Ricky Richardson, MD, now serves as a consultant pediatrician in the Department of Psychological Medicine. He supports the assessment service of children thought to have social and communication difficulties. This is autism, atypical autism, autistic spectrum disorder and Aspergers syndrome. Professor Richardson leads a multidisciplinary team that evaluates children with learning disabilities and behavioral difficulties not only from the medical, but also from the educational perspective. Professor Richardson is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Fellow of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and Fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine.
